These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Conli mobile application ("the App") provided by Lorenzo Tognalini. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License and Access

1.1. License Grant: Lorenzo Tognalini grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2. Restrictions: You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
• Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here. By using the App, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Lorenzo Tognalini and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. Trademarks: "Conli" and the Conli logo are trademarks of Lorenzo Tognalini. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lorenzo Tognalini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

Lorenzo Tognalini reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this document.
